Brad Bulow brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the mining, explosives, blasting services and resources sectors. Having held senior roles with Orica, Downer Blasting Services, BME/Omnia and Capital Limited, Brad is recognised for driving operational excellence, business growth and high-performing teams. He now leads Platinum Blasting Services as the business enters its next phase of growth.

Bringing extensive experience from both commercial and mining roles, Fiona leads Platinum’s financial and operational strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Business, CPA qualifications, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

As a qualified Mining Engineer with over 25 years of industry experience, Ian is adept at aligning commercial realities with client needs. His expertise spans both open-cut and underground mining, as well as coal and metalliferous mining. Formerly with Downer Blasting Services, Ian played a key role in turning the business into a recognised explosives provider.

Shane brings a wealth of expertise as a seasoned mining engineer and operations manager. His proficiency extends to strategic business development, fiscal management, and fostering organic growth within dynamic start-up and rapidly evolving environments.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Peter excels in developing and managing HSET & Q strategies, ensuring compliance, and implementing risk management solutions. Prior to joining Platinum, Peter held senior management roles at Downer Blasting Services and Maxam, where he played a pivotal role in creating safe and environmentally responsible workplaces.
