With our recent rebranding fresh in our minds, we took the opportunity to reflect on our journey and dive into a variety of strategic topics—from our Value Chain and Equipment Utilisation to Cyber Security. Hearing insights from our CEO and GMs about the exciting path ahead really energised us all.

On day two, we shifted gears to focus on people-centric themes, in particular mental health and creating supportive workplaces. We were lucky to have Wayne Wigham from the Black Dog Institute join us, sharing his personal experiences with mental health challenges. His story sparked some important conversations about how we can support each other better.

It was a fantastic event filled with valuable insights, plenty of networking, and a shared commitment to supporting one another as we navigate the exciting journey ahead!
