INTRODUCING
LACHLAN JENSEN

INTRODUCING
LACHLAN JENSEN

Meet Lachlan, a 2020 UQ Mining Engineering graduate who rose to Senior Technical Engineer at Platinum within just three years and has now been promoted to Technical Services Manager.

His journey began on our 12-week Vacation program, providing hands-on
experience at various mine sites and our emulsion manufacturing facility.
After initially starting a Graduate program elsewhere, Lachlan returned to
Platinum for the accelerated development opportunities we offer… and
now, he’s leading a team of engineers!

“Platinum offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment
where each day brings new challenges and the
opportunity to make a tangible impact. Unlike other
graduate programs that may rotate every 6-12 months,
Platinum offers the potential for 6+ rotations – a level
of variety unmatched elsewhere.”
